*COVID-19 Alert* In an effort to minimize the spread of the coronavirus, ALL SALES are final until further notice. Making sales finals is the course of action that Simply Charmed Greek can proactively take to protect our customer base. We appreciate you understanding during this time.

1. Physical Products

Final Sale: 

All physical product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once an order is placed. Customers must report any order-related issues within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Damaged items

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items received

Reporting Issues:

Reports submitted after the 7-day period cannot be reviewed.

Customers must include the following to info@simplycharmedgreek.com :

  • Order number

  • Detailed description

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)

Processing & Fulfillment:

  • Orders typically process within the standard timeframe listed at checkout.

  • Processing excludes weekends, holidays, and unforeseen delays.

  • Shipping estimates are guidelines and not guarantees.

  • Once an item has shipped, delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Product Use Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product descriptions before purchase

  • Confirming correct sizes, options, and selections

  • Ensuring no known allergies to ingredients or materials

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions

  • Issues resulting from incorrect customer selections

2. Digital Products

Final Sale: 

All digital product purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable due to the immediate access delivered at purchase.

Reporting Issues:

Customers experiencing:

  • File access errors

  • Missing content

  • Download issues

must report the issue within 7 days of purchase.

We will assist with access or file replacement. Refunds are not offered for digital goods.

License & Usage Restrictions:

All digital content is licensed for personal use only unless otherwise specified.

Customers may not:

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Redistribute

  • Reproduce

  • Upload to public platforms

Unauthorized distribution violates copyright and may result in legal action.

3. Sorority Retreats 

Final Sale:

All travel-related payments—including deposits, installments, and paid-in-full bookings—are final

Occupancy

All package rates are based on double or single occupancy. Double occupancy, which includes two sorority travelers sharing a room. Travelers who prefer their own room may request single occupancy for an additional cost.

Flights

Airfare is not included in the package price and must be arranged individually by each traveler. A complimentary flight search service is available upon request for all registered travelers.

Deposits & Payment Plans

To secure a spot, an individual deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are applied to the total balance

  • Remaining balances must be paid through monthly installments according to the payment schedule provided at booking

Missing or late payments may result in removal from the trip. All payments made remain non-refundable.

Health & Safety

Your well-being is a priority. We will follow all applicable health and safety guidelines during the trip.

Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip delays

  • Cancellations

Recommended insurance providers will be shared after trip registration.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All payments are non-refundable. However, payments may be transferred to another trip when requested no later than 12 weeks before the travel date.

Requests made after the 12-week mark cannot be transferred.

Liability & Traveler Responsibility

We are not liable for:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Airline delays or cancellations

  • Acts of God

  • Illness, injury, or personal emergencies

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Vendor or itinerary changes

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Valid passports and visas

  • Meeting all deadlines

  • Providing accurate personal information

  • Arriving on time for all scheduled activities
